Nutrition, Wellness & Movement Coaching is my one-on-one guidance for women and families in El Monte who are ready to feel better from the inside out. Using food, daily habits, gentle lifestyle shifts, and supportive movement, I help you understand what your body needs and create realistic routines you can maintain. 


I start with a complete Nutrition Assessment, looking at what you eat, how you feel after meals, stress levels, sleep, energy, digestion, and daily movement. From there, your plan may include Nutrition & Wellness Coaching, Weight Management Counseling, Digestive Health Support, Detoxification Coaching, or Fitness & Movement Training, depending on your needs and goals. 


For movement support, I bring my experience as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and wellness coach to help you feel stronger, steadier, and more comfortable in your body. Functional Fitness Training supports real life activities like lifting, carrying groceries, climbing stairs, and moving with less discomfort. Strength and Conditioning sessions help build muscle, endurance, and resilience, while Flexibility and Mobility Coaching focuses on joints, posture, and range of motion. 


If balance feels shaky, Balance and Stability Exercises target your core, feet, and coordination so you feel safer and more grounded in everyday activities. For stress relief, Mind-Body Fitness Coaching weaves breathing, mindful pacing, and nervous-system aware movement into your routine. Every plan is personalized, education-based, and designed to fit your real life, not the other way around.
